Methodologies for Testing FEC Implementations for Real-Time Video Transport

The Methodologies for Testing FEC Implementations for Real-Time Video Transport Activities Group has the following goals:

  1. Work closely with Interop Workshop Activity Group to define Interop test configuration, test conditions, test plan and assist in Interop events
  2. Define methods for validating FEC implementation and packet correction capability
  3. Define methods validating interoperability, compliance and conformance to FEC Standards
  4. Create engineering document(s) for release to appropriate standard body(s)
